ALERT! Continuing education requirements for Dwelling Contractor Qualifiers have changed!

Effective November 1st, 2022: As part of their CE requirement, DCQs must obtain 4 hours of continuing education on the following topics: construction laws and codes, contracts, liability and risk management. Any licensee with a renewal date on or after 11/01/2022 must fulfill this new requirement.

The total number of required CE hours has not changed. DCQs still need to obtain 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years.

Once you receive your qualifier certification, you need 12 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years in order to renew your qualifier certification.
